The results you see here come from a process you don’t. Before any panel gets touched, we measure the structure against factory specifications and document every bit of damage, including what’s hiding under the surface. Then we check the finished work in good light, because daylight is the only inspection that matters.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have had our VW's serviced down the street since the shop opened.  Since modern vehicles have eleventy billion camera's and sensors I wanted a "one stop shop" to have our windshield replaced on my wife's Tiguan SEL. Roughly 2 years ago we had the same scenario with our Honda CRV Touring, and it went well enough. I submit the claim, contact the glass rep, Caleb, they get in touch with insurance, verify the VIN, etc. and windshield ordered, installation scheduled. Wife makes arrangements to drop the car off , and later that morning we get the phone call that despite all of the checks and balances, that the incorrect windshield was ordered.  My wife, inconvenienced as she was, was not her typical cheery self when she picked the car up.  Amanda, the manager was there as well and overheard the conversation, and frustration when my wife was not happy with the initial response of "what are you going to do for my inconvenience?"  (we live 25 minutes away) A follow up call with Amanda clarified, that yes we are indeed long time customers of their service departments.  Amanda made arrangements for a driver to come out and pick up the car, and deliver it when done with installation and calibration, and included two service coupons for tire rotation and oil/filter changes.  While they have a strict non-waiver of the deductible policy ($100 for us) they also upgraded the glass that was originally covered by insurance. While initially very displeased at the mix up, they went above expectations in dealing with the inconvenience.  Thank you again Amanda, Caleb and team.

We start from your vehicle’s paint code, then fine-tune the mix to the actual panel and blend into neighboring panels. It accounts for fading and age, which a code alone can’t.
